1. Ordering a product

2. Cancelling the order

4. Payment
4.1 Payment for ordered goods is made online using Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron. All payments are transmitted encrypted between customer and runelmegaardstudio.com. The money from the credit card will be withdrawn when your items are ordered.
5. Ordering product(s) from stock
5.1 Expected delivery time for ordered items 2 – 5 working days. (depending on which product, concerning sculpure art, furniture and original paintings you will be contacted with expected delivery time after you placed the order.
6. Right of withdrawal / return
6.1 We provide a 30-day return policy on all items. Goods received must be returned in the same condition and quantity by agreement. All costs of return are paid by the customer.
It is possible to return items by cancellation to our warehouse by appointment, if you bring / attach your invoice from runeelmegaardstudio. What you have paid for the item, excluding delivery costs, will be refunded to you once we have received your items returned. When using the right of cancellation / return, there will be an electronic refund of the money, which can take up to 5 banking days.
